Scott Kauffman has more than 10 years of middle market private equity experience. He initially joined the team as an Associate in 2004 and rejoined in 2008 after completing business school. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets.

Mr. Kauffman received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and their three daughters.
