Jake Hovey joined the team in 2026 as Vice President of Portfolio Operations. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Finance at CareTria, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company. Before that, Mr. Hovey held multiple finance leadership roles, working directly with private equity–backed companies as well as within the private equity portfolio consulting space.

Mr. Hovey received a BA in Finance and Economics from Michigan State University.
